  • Ice cubes
  • Salt for rimming the glass (optional)
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. If you like a salted rim, take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of your glass to moisten it. Dip the rim into a small plate of salt for an even coating. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, fresh lime juice, and orange juice. Add 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or your chosen sugar substitute if you prefer a sweeter drink. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, covering the liquid.
