Strawberry Creme Martini: The Ultimate Indulgent Cocktail Recipe

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A decadent and creamy Strawberry Creme Martini, perfect for dessert or a special occasion. Made with fresh strawberry puree, vodka, white creme de cacao, and a touch of strawberry liqueur.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ ounces Vodka (good quality recommended)
  • 1 ounce White Creme de Cacao
  • ½ ounce Strawberry Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Heavy Cream
  • ½ ounce Fresh Strawberry Puree (from 34 fresh strawberries)
  • Ice
  • Optional: Fresh Strawberries for garnish (sliced or whole)
  • Optional: Sugar for rimming the glass

Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberry Puree: Wash and hull 3-4 strawberries. Roughly chop and blend until smooth. Strain if desired. Measure out ½ ounce.
  2. Chill Glass: Place martini glass in freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice (¾ full).
  4. Add Ingredients: Add vodka, white creme de cacao, strawberry liqueur, heavy cream, and strawberry puree to the shaker.
  5. Shake: Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  6. Prepare Glass (Optional): If rimming with sugar, moisten the rim of the chilled martini glass with a strawberry or a lime wedge. Gently dip the rim of the glass into the sugar, rotating it to coat evenly.
  7. Strain and Pour: Remove the chilled martini glass from the freezer (or discard the ice water). Strain the martini into the prepared glass.
  8. Garnish (Optional): Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or whole strawberry.
  9. Serve: Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, use strawberry-infused vodka.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings for a more decadent treat.
  • If you don’t have strawberry liqueur, you can use a tablespoon of strawberry syrup instead.
  • To make a non-alcoholic version, replace the vodka with sparkling water or club soda, the white creme de cacao with white chocolate syrup, and the strawberry liqueur with strawberry syrup.
  • Experiment with other berries like raspberries or blueberries for a different flavor profile.
  • If you prefer a sweeter martini, add a little simple syrup to the shaker. If you prefer a less sweet martini, reduce the amount of white creme de cacao.
  • A dollop of freshly whipped cream on top adds a beautiful and delicious finishing touch.
  • The quality of your ingredients will significantly impact the taste of your Strawberry Creme Martini.
