- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the harissa paste, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well blended. The mixture should be smooth and slightly thick.
- Taste the glaze and season with salt and pepper according to your preference. If you like it spicier, feel free to add more harissa.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down, spaced evenly.
- Using a brush or the back of a spoon, generously coat each salmon fillet with the harissa glaze.
- Reserve a small amount of the glaze for basting later, if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the salmon for about 12-15 minutes.
- Halfway through, baste the salmon with the reserved glaze for extra flavor.

- Once cooked, let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes.
- Transfer the salmon fillets to a serving platter.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
