- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let it cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Pour in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat on medium speed until thickened and soft peaks form (3-5 minutes).
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Pour the strawberry filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- In a small bowl, combine sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
- Let sit for 15-20 minutes to create a syrup.
- Remove the dessert bars from the refrigerator and cut into squares or rectangles.
- Top each bar with a spoonful of the strawberry topping and drizzle with syrup.
