- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1/4 cup of milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In the first bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- In the second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- In the third bowl, add the crushed cornflakes.
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally roll in the cornflakes. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the coated chicken tenders with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
