Enjoy the creamy and rich taste of Cinnamon Roll Fudge, a delightful treat that blends white chocolate with warm cinnamon spices. This easy-to-make fudge is perfect for sharing or as a sweet snack, making it a must-try for any dessert lover!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients on the counter. This will make the process smoother and more enjoyable.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir it occasionally to ensure it melts evenly and doesn’t brown.
  3. Once the butter is melted, add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the saucepan. Stir the mixture until it’s well combined and the sugars start to dissolve.
  4. Next, pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and begins to bubble slightly.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to incorporate all the flavors.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until they are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  7. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans (if using) until evenly distributed.
  8. Prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  9. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  10. Dust the top lightly with powdered sugar for a sweet finish.
  11. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  12. Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment paper overhang.
  13. Cut into squares or rectangles using a sharp knife.
  14. Dust with additional powdered sugar if desired and serve on a platter or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor.
  • Feel free to experiment with different mix-ins like chocolate chips or dried fruit.
  • For a stronger cinnamon flavor, increase the ground cinnamon to 1.5 teaspoons.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the top for a festive touch.
