- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee Base: Brew coffee and let cool completely. In a large pitcher, combine cooled coffee, sugar, heavy cream, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Make the Caramel Swirl: In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel sauce, heavy cream, and salt. Microwave for 15-20 seconds if the caramel is too thick. Stir until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Create the Whipped Cream Topping: Chill heavy cream and mixing bowl. Beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Assemble the Caramel Coffee Freeze: Pour the chilled coffee base into a blender. Add 2-3 cups of ice. Blend until smooth and icy. Drizzle some caramel swirl into the blender while it’s running for a more integrated caramel flavor, or reserve it for swirling into the glasses. Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Garnish with chocolate shavings, espresso beans, or sea salt flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.
