  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A vibrant and refreshing Blue Lagoon Mocktail, perfect for parties or a tropical treat! This non-alcoholic drink features a beautiful layered effect with Blue Curaçao syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice, and lemon-lime soda.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ounce Blue Curaçao Syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 4 ounces Lemon-Lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up work great!)
  • 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • ½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Orange slice, Maraschino cherry, Cocktail umbrella (optional)

Instructions

  1. Choose a tall glass, like a hurricane glass or a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice cubes.
  3. Carefully pour the Blue Curaçao syrup into the glass. This will settle at the bottom.
  4. Gently pour the pineapple juice over the Blue Curaçao syrup.
  5. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice.
  6. Slowly top the glass with lemon-lime soda.
  7. If you prefer a more uniform color and flavor, you can gently stir the mocktail.
  8. Garnish your Blue Lagoon Mocktail with an orange slice, a maraschino cherry, and a cocktail umbrella for a festive touch.
  9. Serve your Blue Lagoon Mocktail immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust Sweetness: Add more lime juice for less sweetness, or more Blue Curaçao syrup/pineapple juice for more.
  • Soda Variations: Try ginger ale or club soda.
  • Creamy Version: Add a splash of coconut cream.
  • Frozen Mocktail: Blend all ingredients with a cup of ice.
  • Layering Tip: Chill ingredients beforehand for a more pronounced layered effect.
